Are you in for a treat????

Well, I finally did it. Not content with abusing other bloggers by posting inane comments on their sites, I have decided to start my own.
So what can you expect? Perhaps not a lot until I get my teeth into it and, I have a bit more time next year. Nonetheless, your comments, views and expressions of contempt are welcome in order to indulge me. Who knows, perhaps you might even get a slight giggle out of it as well.
So, in the words of Steve Zodiac in Fireball XL5 (Oh no! Not a reference to a sixties TV show already I hear you ~~cry~~ cringe), "Okay Venus, let's go!"

How does my BA fit into all this Science thing? Since there is no such thing as truth, how can there be Science? Andy :0)

PS. I thought Steve Zodiac was the lead singer of 80`s heavy metal band Vadis

Mmm. I thought truth was a subjective thing. Your truths may be different from mine. As for proof in science that's different. Karl Popper said there can't be ultimate proof because tomorrow someone may come along and disprove your theory. Not sure he was totally correct because mathematics can offer proof to certain problems such as 1+1=2. But nonetheless, science can still operate with that in mind. In fact, in someways that makes it more exciting, know that one day you may topple a great idea by disproving it. However, be warned. Many have tried with evolution but failed in the process.
